Oro Apart Hotel

Super centrally located apartment which pleased with large, clean and well-divided rooms. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach a large number of small and large shops or cozy bars, cafes and bakeries. Located next to the main street, with a lot of traffic noise, but not a problem for us, you had a direct route to all directions of the city and the airport. Car and motorcycle rentals are only 10 minutes away by taxi. The train station can be reached in a few minutes and leads directly to the center of San Jose. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Basic, clean, conveniently located, near SJO airport, eateries, major transportation arteries to Heredia, Alajuela, San Jose. Safe. Che k-in was convenient starting with a QR scan. Construction is a bit old school, not fancy, but functional. Bed (King) was firm and comfy. Bedding and towels very clean.

We used this place as somewhere to rest our heads for the night but would not recommend. It was an uncomfortable night's sleep and even though it advertises a 24 hour front desk, this isnt the case. This was important for us as our bags had been lost by the airline and they were due to bring them to the hotel in the middle of the night as we had told them that our hotel had a 24 hour reception. We tried to communicate this to the lady who checked us in but she told us to inform them to call our room. So after a 24 hour journey, we had to sit up until 1am to wait for our bags. Even without the bag incident, the place is just ok.
