Very nice and warm Hotel with a very good price. Pool, Sauna... balcony with views in most rooms. 5 min from Historic center. Amazing recepcionist !! Thank You!!
Average. Stayed an extra night with the hope(on recommendation) of using the spa, only to be told on the day it's closed that day! Also, the spa is €18 extra per person!!! Parking is €12 extra per space. Staff on breakfast duties not exactly helpful.
We were truly disappointed with our stay at this hotel, which was rated as 4 stars but did not meet that standard in terms of service or quality. The room had visible cracks in the walls, the flooring was uneven with noticeable gaps, and the hallway carpet was ripped in multiple places, giving the whole place a neglected feel. Basic amenities were lacking—there was no shampoo or conditioner, just a generic soap dispenser. To make matters worse, the advertised parking rate was €9.50, but we were charged €15 per night without clear explanation. Overall, this hotel fell far short of our expectations and certainly did not reflect a 4-star experience. A real letdown.
