Oros Hotel and Apartments

Generally happy with my stay here and the concierge were attentive and happy to accommodate my requests. The carpet wasn't vacuumed in my room, and if it 'was', I suspect the cleaner couldn't be.... bothered doing it properly. Other than this the surfaces were all clean, the bathroom was perfect and the bed was absolutely ideal. Big tick! The small cleaning bugbears above are easily rectified but a sore point for me was leaving a full bottle of Men's fragrance on the bathroom vanity and not being able to retrieve it. I rang the hotel as soon as I noticed 3 hours later and 'unfortunately nothing has been handed in' wasnt the answer I was looking for. Surely the hotel knows the cleaners on shift cleaning the rooms yet the bottle left behind was 'finders keepers'. $90 lighter, I wasnt happy but i would recommend staying here and I will be coming back to hopefully have a slightly better experience. Great service from the concierge. (Bought another fragrance)

First room we check in 206 is really strong smells like smoke of cigarette?and my 4 year old son said to me mama stinky smell.dusty and dirty room.and we changed another room 207 no more smell smoke but still dirty. I’m sure you can improve the cleanliness,a lot s of Filipino staff,hardworking staff. Friendly staff,but takes time to answer your call..thanks for look after us. Blessings!

The TV and remote were not working, in fact the remote was falling apart, there were no working globes in the bedside lamps either. Would have been nice if there was at least 1 bottle of water in the mini fridge . We rang reception, as it is a 24 hr manned reception, but no one picked up. It was clean, no problems there but there was a sewerage smell from the bathroom.area as soon as we walked in. The bed was actually 2 single beds put together, not a double or queen like we thought, as we felt the split of the mattress when we were lying down. The reception staff were very polite and nice upon arrival and the balcony view was nice. I just think attention to detail to things in the room would make this a better place to stay.
