The hotel is a very good choice. It's clean (all places not only the room), its quiet, it has a reasonable price. The reception lady was polite and smily. The room we stay had mountain view and it was on the side of the park. The location is fine since its 5-10' walking from the center. The bed was very good especially for those having issues on their back etc We had a good breakfast. We paid by card but in BGN not Euro. Expect that everyone in Bansko is not accepting euros but only BGN (mostly in cash)
Great place for groups, rooms are mostly renovated and clean. Food can be better, but everything is tasty and nice served. Stuff is pretty good and polite. Spa needs renovation to, but it's also very nice... As I mentioned, best possible solution for the money paid.
First in room its very hot its central climatic no manual in every room.Second the pool its very small and the water its cold.Third water in bathroom its lukewarm not hot
