Orquideas Palace Hotel and Cabanas

This hotel is amazing! The rooms were clean and spacious. Well appointed. The setting is wonderful! Surrounded by native vegetation, but not too overwhelming. The restaurant is great, with great food, both their fixed menu and the a la carte, with a good selection of fine wines. But what really stood out, and I can’t praise enough, is the service. Every single person, from the reception desk, the cleaning crew, the bar tenders, the servers, everyone were polite, friendly, and efficient. And it’s close enough to the downtown area and to the attractions. I definitely recommend it!

Hotel provided all we needed and more. We were escorted to our room, which is over and abo e service, as far as we are concerned! The grounds were beautiful! The lobby was decorated nicely (Christmas theme still up). Continental breakfast was included. Staff was helpful and nice.

Overall was very good, service, food, etc., especially if you love nature. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the room was too loud and I had no control on the direction of the air nor the speed. Just on-off. It was blasting on my head all night..
