Ortners Resort

We came upon Ortner’s Resort by chance while looking through booking.com and were we glad we did. It’s a very nice 5star resort by the German-Austrian border with a spa which is mainly what we came for. The rooms are spacious and good (they were so nice to give us a free upgrade). The service has been phenomenal and they made us feel at home right from the start. The spa facilities are very good. The town where it’s in is a spa town so there are a lot of other thermal bath options around if you want to explore. Definitely recommend the hotel for a nice little getaway .

We came here for the first time this weekend and most likely will come back more than once again. Very friendly and polite staff. Upon arrival we were kindly given a tour of the hotel and shown where everything is. The pools and spa area here are incredible. 5 pools and a small lake are equipped with comfortable sun loungers and relaxation areas. If your goal is to relax and enjoy your time, you should definitely come here. They also pay great attention to details and in our room there were two baskets waiting for us with which we went to the spa. The food here is very tasty. Breakfasts are like in other hotels, but dinner is just a delight! Small portions, but all 7 dishes are delicious! Therefore, you should definitely book a vacation with meals. The room is bright and there is enough space. The only negative is the lack of air conditioning. This upset me a little, since it was terribly hot at night. But overall, the room is good. We had a room in a traditional German style where everything is made of wood. Excellent cleaning in the rooms! Any of our wishes were fulfilled. Overall, I am very pleased!

Nearly perfect a few details to improve still after getting the 5 stars make sure there is fresh orange juice at the buffet , maybe also to have a bell boy to help for the luggage But overall this is fantastic here and the spa huge and wonderful
