Orto De Medici Hotel

Had a beautiful stay in Florence. The room had plenty of space for my husband, teenage son and myself. Very clean. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful. Location is excellent and easy to walk to many main attractions. They even left a thoughtful gift in my room because one of our days was my birthday! Delicious breakfast, beautiful garden.

This hotel is great. Perfect location walking distance to all the main attractions and to city centre. They have a nice garden too. We had a room off the garden and it was really nice. The rooms are big and very clean and the AC worked very well during the heat wave. Very good selection for breakfast. Good service and good front desk. We had a very good stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Orto De’ Medici. Coming from the States, with little knowledge about the area, we took great care to find a hotel that offers comfort without sacrificing convenience. We are so glad that we found and stayed at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and historic, the rooms were small but comfortable, and the included breakfast was delicious. With this said, the service is top notch. The front desk was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Definitely keep this hotel in mind if you are headed to Firenze - the service and central location cannot be beat!
