Greetings again after 2 years, My dear Oruçoğlu Thermal Resort I want to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at your hotel. The relaxing atmosphere and thermal facilities were truly rejuvenating, allowing me to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Although the hotel was quite busy, the staff remained attentive and responsive to all our needs. One aspect that made my stay even more enjoyable was your restaurant. The diverse and delicious food impressed me with every meal.The staff was always friendly and attentive, which added an extra charm to the dining experience. Additionally, I want to emphasize how much I appreciated the safety measures implemented for children. I felt that my little one was safe, which allowed me to relax completely and enjoy our stay. It is comforting to know that there is a family-friendly and safe environment. Thank you for your dedication to providing quality services. Very professional and pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast but disappointed with the thermal pools. Small and with no natural light. Felt very claustrophobic especially when they got crowded.

The hotel is outdated need urgent restoration. The pillow is disaster the bed is disaster could not rest and sleep. Never again for me. Also others arre all Bout 60+ cant stop speak no rest in spa.
