Dear Hotel Oryx Team I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding hospitality during our stay at room ( 1305 ) recent stay. For my cousin , From the warm welcome to the exceptional service, every detail was truly appreciated. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Reception team Omar and HK team was amazing Your attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it made my visit even more enjoyable. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism. I recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and my experience was very satisfying. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive. The quality of the room was good overall, though I noticed the refrigerator was turned off when I arrived. Aside from that, the room was comfortable and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—it was delicious and well-prepared, offering a variety of fresh and high-quality options to start the day right. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something lighter, the breakfast selection caters to all tastes. The location is also a major plus, with many small restaurants nearby offering diverse dining options. Additionally, there’s a fantastic supermarket close by where you can find everything you need. Overall, this hotel combines great service, a tasty breakfast, and a convenient location, making it a fantastic choice for a short stay. I would happily return for another visit!

Everything seems good while I checked in. But while checking out they wanted to charge me 400 aed for small stain in carpet and 100 aed for a small stain in bed sheet. They told me the stain cannot be removed, they have to cut the carpet and throw bla bla bla. I asked the key again then went to the room splashed some water in the carpet and rubbed it with my shoes then the stain disappeared. I am totally not satisfied with Housekeeping Supervisor. I will attach the pictures after I cleaned on my own
