Osaka Dai ichi Hotel

New and clean room. The room size is relatively big comparing to a normal JPN hotel room in a big city. Very good location. You can take an airport bus (only a few min walk to the bus station) directly to the airport. Reasonable price. Only the service is rather slow. (A woman at Information Counter misunderstood my simple request completely and kept me waiting without notice for so long.)

An alright place. It feels like what use to be shared housing turned into an apartment. Older hotels like this one use a card key for powering the hotel, which can be energy saving, but also a regular sign of the low level of maximum wattage a room can handle. This can be problematic for workers traveling with laptops that need to be plugged in, phone charging issues, people who have long hair drying times, etc. Of course, the fact that the hotel has an energy saving method at all is nice. Theirs is just outdated with all the modern versions of energy saving methods available today that cause less hindrance for its attendees. They have single unit bathrooms (the wash sink is inside the same space as the bath, shower, and toilet). The TV is located in an inconvenient viewing location from the beds rather than at the very least, in front of them. But again, they at least have working amenities, hot water, and a TV with working channels. It's not great, but it isn't bad either.

For Japanese standard, the room was good. The reception staff are helpful. It is located so close to Osaka station and is over an extensive underground mall. Starbucks is on the ground floor as well. There is a luxurious nice bar on the 30th floor. Sorry the photos are only at the bar.
