The best hotel we stayed in during our time in Japan. Fantastic location with a beautiful rooftop view. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. My partner is vegetarian and one kitchen staff member made sure he got vegan ramen during the free night ramen period. Cultural activities at 5pm were fun to participate in, esp. the kimono event. Free happy hour from 3-8:30 with quality booze. We made friends with some Korean guys who we chatted with via Google translate as groups just hang in the lobby to chat and drink during that period 100% would stay again if I am ever lucky enough to go back to Japan
We had an amazing time on our four night stay. The beds were comfortable and the location was ideal walking distance to all the Osaka highlights. Train station right at the door when required. Free ice cream, drinks and ramen. The hot springs is wonderful. All the amenities and facility was as advertised. Washer and dryer located on level 2 for ¥300 per load. Great value and convenience. Plenty of food available in the area too.
The hotel is nice and clean, the location is perfect, right next to a station and many shops. Unfortunately, our room smelled a bit when we didn't have the air conditioning on. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the hotel.
