Osh Hotel Cartagena

Exceptional stay at OSH in Cartagena. The location of the hotel is safe, not afar from the historic center of that town and many restaurants and little shops are within few kilometres of the entering part. The pool along with the gym are entirely worth the visit to their establishment. The food items on the menu taste all great and are composed as much of local dishes as of international dishes. The staff is kind and welcoming, and made all of them our stay a unique experience! We are going to be back.

Service definitely top notch, surrounding area felt safe, hotel was clean and nicely decorated, food was probably best we had during entire stay which included going to several highly recommended and fancy restaurants (on par with US prices), hats off to the Chef! Rooms were a little bit on the smaller size but manageable for a few days. My advice would be probably to try and avoid ground floor, was quite a bit of noise at times from passing foot traffic and the outdoor restaurant. Gym was pretty decent, appreciated the heavier than normal weights (up to 80lbs). Pool was great/options for sun and shade. Overall, very good stay and would recommend to others.

Overall the hotel is beautiful! Love the decor here! They made me feel special for my birthday with a sparkler & cake upon my arrival. The check in process was quite slow, noticed a lot of other guests were annoyed. Our room we booked which had a balcony was not available so they told us we would have an upgraded room. Our new room had no balcony, wouldn’t call that an upgrade. Our AC leaked our last 2 nights of our stay. The free breakfast is great! The two pools are awesome! The staff is super friendly. There are few things they could work on but overall would still recommend staying here! Thanks for the stay!
