Oshom Bali at Nuanu Creative City

A beautiful, luxurious, and modern new hotel. The treehouses are stunning — a truly special experience where you feel at home right away. Breakfast is excellent, and the entire property, including the pool area, is peaceful and relaxing. The beach is accessible but not really suitable for swimming or lounging. Nuana City is currently still under development, with plenty more to come in the future. It’s worth noting that the hotel is quite remote, and apart from the Nuana City area, there’s nothing else nearby. As a result, everything is fairly expensive and has a very Western style. (This, however, is not a fault of the hotel itself.)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Hidden Gem in Bali: Oshom Resort Just returned from an incredible stay at Oshom, a boho-inspired oceanfront resort that exceeded all our expectations. As a family of four, we found this place to be the perfect blend of luxury and family-friendly amenities. The direct beach access was a game-changer for us - the kids could play in the sand while we relaxed nearby. What truly sets Oshom apart are the breathtaking sunset viewing spots scattered throughout the property. We captured some of our most memorable family photos with the stunning ocean backdrop. Activities were plentiful and diverse. The horseback riding along the shore was magical, and the resort's proximity to Nuanu creative city made for perfect day adventures when we wanted to explore the local culture. Despite offering a luxury experience, Oshom remained incredibly welcoming to children. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our little ones felt special throughout our stay. If you're looking for an authentic Balinese experience with modern comforts and Instagram-worthy aesthetics, Oshom is an absolute must-visit. This hidden gem deserves every bit of its 5-star rating!

We were disappointed about our stay. Until 1am we couldn’t sleep because Luna Beach Club blasted electronic music, then from 4am the event speakers for the running event started yelling into a microphone. 
Both wasn’t mentioned to us before and it was not the relaxing stay we had in mind. 

On top of that service is an issue - dinner took one hour to arrive and arrived completely cold. Dietary requirements were not taken serious. I ended up without a dinner. For breakfast, we couldn’t get any service to take our order in 30 minutes, so we had to walk to the bar twice to order. Also again took a very long time. 

The treehouse we stayed in is nicely made, but most windows don’t have blackout curtains and the shower solution is weird. Overall doesn’t feel as qualitative as other places in the area for a similar price and the service is poor. The check-in was also a hassle, we had to first register in a tent, wait, register directly with the receptionist and once we arrived at Oshom, we were asked to do the whole procedure again. It felt lengthy and cumbersome. 

Personally I wouldn’t stay again and recommend other places.
