Osonnya Karpaty Resort Medical & Spa

Pleasantly surprised with the resort. First of all - staff is really patient and understanding. Open for feedback and even requesting it! Me and my mom had an amazing time there (5 days weren’t enough, so we will definitely be back). What we enjoyed the most? Food was amazing!!!, everything, starting from the room and ending with medical and water facilities were sparkling clean, overall quiet and relaxing atmosphere (a bit crowded over weekend), variety of medical procedures, spa treatments and activities to choose from. In the end I left a feedback for improvements and were very happy how staff accepted it: we spoke about housekeeping quality, plans for animals that are living at the resort, and payment system (it was unusual for us that you can’t pay in the end and during your stay just add all the services and food to the room number). The only thing I forgot to mention is light - we stayed at the spa building and all light bulbs there are white light bulbs, from my perspective it’s not really calming in the evening - I thing that yellow light could be much more comfortable and relaxing. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back ❤️ Thank you ☺️

Beautiful resort, surrounded by forests and mountains, near a river with a quiet stream. The place is very quiet and relaxing. The cottages are well furnished, clean and pretty, perfect for a family holiday. The staff is welcoming, the restaurant is also excellent, there is a bit of everything, from national dishes to traditional local cuisine (it is very well located, near a natural lake where you can also fish and then to eat the fishes you've got). A beautiful place that I highly recommend to all!

It situated far away from the Skhidnuca. What’s more staff attitude- leaves much to be desired. One thing that’s okay - clean rooms. But again no respect from the staff.
