Nikki and I have had nine nights at the Ossotel... The service was excellent as was the breakfast which was included which had many different options. It's a couple of minutes walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants in the area. Clean, modern and super friendly staff ... Would definitely stay again.
The staff at Ossotel are friendly and helpful. Rooms are tidy for the most part, but some of our group found ants in theirs. We requested a quieter room and got given one at the far end of the long building. This was great for few nights until we got next door neighbours and discovered that if someone is banging their screaming bogan wife, you will certainly hear it. Thankfully the pool at the bottom closes at 9pm, so there's no partying down there. This hotel is close to the beach and other amenities. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within very reasonable walking distance.
The location is good. and the mattress was very comfortable. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing you can only choose one item, and most options were overly sweet, even including ice cream. The drink choices were also limited to simple juice or coffee. After using the pool, I had a bad stomachache for a few days. I hope the pool water is maintained more carefully and kept clean.
