We spend a few nights with a couple of friends at the hotel. The hotel has a great location in the middle of the city few steps from everything… malls, markets, pharmacies, … The food is good, the rooms are clean, the service is great, the staff is friendly and helpful… But the most helpful, friendly person at the hotel is KENAN a special employee at this hotel who knows Arabic language as well. He helped us so much and was a great support to us. Hats off to KENAN 🙌 the special employee there. Thank you so much…
We started our vacation with a night at this hotel. The rooms are of a good size, the place is nicely decorated, and the stay was nice. Around the place, there are lots of shops that will help you find anything you need if you need anything. It was a nice experience.
Centrally located and very convenient to get anywhere in Adana. Friendly staff, and a great venue. The hotel is very old (fittings and finishing) - I'm sure it's what luxury was in the 80s. Overall, there is lots of space in the rooms and it's very clean and tidy. There was a big breakfast spread, exactly what you'd expect at a 4 star hotel.
