Ottawa Marriott Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott, and I can’t say enough good things about the incredible staff—especially Ben and Sam at the front desk. From the moment we checked in, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Ben was warm, professional, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Sam followed up with genuine care, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. Both of them showed such attention to detail and kindness—it truly made a difference. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. But it was the personalized service from Ben and Sam that really set this experience apart. Thank you both for your outstanding hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back—and we’ll be recommending this Marriott to all our friends and family!

Extremely satisfied with my most recent stay. The staff, the amenities , location all perfect. The only comment I can make is that the rooms are quite dated and in need of a refresh , however they were extremely clean and comfortable. The pool and children’s and teen rooms were a really nice touch as well. Finally all of the staff at the restaurant were extremely kind and accommodating to me and my 1 year old daughter. Excellent overall

Location is good. Very close to places of interest. The area is somewhat safe. Parking is a bit confusing but it worked out eventually. House keeping lady is great. The double room is a bit small for 3 persons to walk around. Shower water is strong enough and hot enough.
