I had an amazing stay at the Oubaai Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, with so many delicious options to choose from. Everything was well-organized, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and welcoming. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend Oubaai to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway.
Beautiful place. My only complain is the well done steak I requested for 3 days in a rowcit came still dripping blood, but except that everything was perfect, maybe additional menus will assist for people who don't eat pork. Thank you.
The location is great and the staff are friendly, but the service did not meet 4-star standards. Toothbrush, slippers, and bottled water are all charged extra. A staff member opened my room door at 10 PM without permission. No tissues were provided in the room. I asked to take away my own leftover breakfast to avoid waste, but was refused. Tap water has been discolored for over 10 months without resolution. Significant improvements are needed in guest privacy and basic amenities
