I recently stayed at Oum Palace Hotel in Casablanca, and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. What stood out the most was the hospitality and professionalism of the reception team — especially Ms. Hajar and Mr. Ismail, Salma who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The whole staff was polite, helpful, and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. 📍 The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and access everything nearby. During my stay, I experienced no disturbances at all. The atmosphere was calm, the rooms were clean, and the environment was relaxing. ✨ Overall, OM Palace is a wonderful hotel with great service and a welcoming team. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Casablanca. Thank you to the amazing staff — keep up the great work!

Had a perfect pit stop in Casablanca at Oum Palace and spa. The staff is some of the most friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless, spacious and well lit, and I tried the moroccon hamam and massage as well, 10/10 recommend. A lot of major landmarks, especially cafes and squares and old medina are well within a walking distance. The hotel itself has a nice lobby and restaurant where you can work or spend time.

The hotel staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful in every way. However, the body language of the daytime receptionist is not very pleasant. He call you over with hand gestures and interrupt you while you're speaking, which feels a bit disrespectful. Also, please be aware that there are no beverages included in the dinner buffet. There is a trolley with sodas placed next to the buffet, and the staff asks what you would like to drink — but they do not inform you that these drinks are charged separately. The reception then asks you to pay for them during check-out. Apart from that, the hotel is one of the nice and comfortable places to stay in Casablanca.
