Beautiful grounds. Amazing staff. Located within a short walk to the old town. Nice amenities with excursions and programs posted daily. Delicious meals are expertly made. Loved our stay!!!

Amazing experience at the property, staff from front desk to the restaurant were really nice always smiling. Food was great specially breakfast and ceviche. My room was spacious and very comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the experiences at the property the Stargazing and live music incredible! I’ll be definitely back

I really wanted to love this hotel—it’s beautifully designed, and most of the staff were very kind throughout my stay. However, my experience on the last day left me extremely disappointed. I fell ill with chills, a stomachache, and vomiting, and I could barely stand upright. I kindly requested a bit of extra time in the room to rest before checking out. Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk with straight bangs showed zero empathy. She flatly refused my request and impatiently asked if I had the keys ready for her. I was shocked by the lack of compassion, especially given how visibly unwell I was. This interaction left a really sour taste after an otherwise lovely stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff are trained to handle situations like this with more kindness and care.
