Juat got back from staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The maid was very cheerful and kept asking if your room needed cleaning, even if you,ve not put the sign on your door. The only little problem I had was how noisy the young people going to their rooms around 4am. It's not the hotel fault. Just young adults these days. I would like to thank all the staff for a wonderful week I had with my mum and sister.
They need heated pools, and to change some of the furniture's in the rooms, otherwise is liveable and good location.
Promised us they would upgrade our room for my birthday which they never did, instead I got ‘happy birthday’ wrote on a piece of toilet paper. Besides that room was fine and clean. Can be mistaken as Luna Hotel De Oura which is beside it, as they have photos up of both hotels so I had thought I booked the one beside it. Not a bad stay for your money and good location
