The hotel was in a very quiet relaxing area, with orange trees you could pick the fruit off of, and even a hotel cat hanging around. We went during a very quiet time of year and were the only guests the night we stayed which meant we got to meet and talk with the hotel owner (Rita) about the area and Portugal in general. Rita was very nice and welcoming, and made breakfast for us, even though we were the only guests that morning. An amazing experience, would definitely recommend!
Seriously the best accomodation ever! Rooms are super cute and cosy, the breakfast serves local and delicious fresh food (fresh orange juice, fresh fruits, local cheese,...), the owner is super nice (and her cat even nicer) and if you get a good weather the pool is all one wishes for. We were so sad to stay just one night and seriously thought about prolonging it.
Our 3rd visit and still the same welcome from Rita and her family. A place to escape the hub bub and just chill. Clean, chalet style accomodation with pool. Great breakfast including Mama's chicken pies. Mouthwateringly scrumptious!!
