I’m sharing my personal experience here. Before visiting, I was worried about finding pool chairs based on the previous reviews. However, my family’s experience was positive. Every time we visited, we were able to find at least one or two chairs. In fact, people were incredibly kind. One day, a couple even offered their reserved seat to us as they were checking out. Another day, people came to me and offered me chairs as I was looking (I suppose it was because I was holding a baby?). The property is well-maintained, and we had no issues with the 2b2b oceanfront corner unit we stayed in. As a family of four, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. We particularly appreciated that the food truck and supermarket are both conveniently located within walking distance. We will definitely be returning!

A great extended stay family friendly environment. Shower had the best water pressure I have ever experienced in a resort. The food was just okay, highly recommend going off resort to eat. Great access to the beach. Laid back staff didn't make you feel like you had to tip every time you caught eyes with someone. Expensive overall, but for Hawaii quite a value.

Love the location and many of the employees. Dukes is very meat-centric so we didn't bother eating there. My teenager was really hoping to find kids his age to hang with (they were all around but no opportunity to mix with them). I wish they had a volleyball court or a game room to make it easier for kids to hang with other kids. The general store was very convenient although very overpriced. Everything in the shop is about 20-30% higher than the same things anywhere else. The beach is beautiful. Pools are beautiful. We had mountain view and we saw rainbows (sometimes double rainbows) everyday. Parking garage does get full, but then you can park valet for free.
