Outrigger Surin Beach Resort

Had an amazing 3 nights at this resort in the plunge pool room! Room size was good and the plunge pool was a good for a quick dip during rainy days. Location was super, just a few steps to the peaceful surin beach. Not a lot of activities and shops around as compared to kata but it's really a good place for a quiet retreat. Nala restaurant was amazing - we had both in room dining and at the restaurant itself and thoroughly enjoyed the meals. Breakfast was pretty standard stuff but I loved the watermelon slush 😂. Huge shout-out and thanks to the staff for accommodating not one but two surprises by my partner and I for each other (we were not aware of each other's surprises lol). I would say they went over and beyond for our requests! So, many thanks for the efforts!!! Some things to improve might be to add on water filters for the showers and bathtubs. And also full length mirrors in the room, and also one more sofa/armchair for the rooms. Oh and maybe change to a waterproof cover for the outdoor sofa cos it was raining everyday when I was there and the outdoor sofa was perpetually wet so we couldn't enjoy the seating while using the plunge pool. But overall 10/10 for the resort! Totally recommend outrigger surin to anyone considering this resort.

Great spot in the middle of the heart of Surin Beach. Outstanding staff, above and beyond! Beautifully furnished rooms with small but charming flaws. Bedside table without drawers, playful bathroom with slightly insufficient storage space. But everything is charming and beautifully designed.

We stayed in the resort for 3 nights. Overall our stay was beautiful. We got upgraded and stayed in the suite. While everything was lovely I felt the rooms lacked finishing and maintenance. The hand shower didn't work well and looked old. Barring this all was good. The pool is clean and we'll maintained. The restaurant is good and staff is friendly and accommodating. Surin beach is right across and easy to get to. The resort is well situated with a lot of other shops, restaurants and salons around.
