Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort

Fantastic hotel. Staff were extremely helpful. Doubt we could have found a better location. We had requested a twin room. Our room had 2 double beds but room was not cramped. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We had a corner room so had a view of the beach and a view of the city as well. Had an issue first day with our safe but a lovely gentleman arrived and sorted it immediately. The pool area is beautiful and dukes bar and restaurant served lovely food. Would recommend the fish tacos. The receptionist desk staff were extremely helpful. Hotel was peaceful at night so no issues sleeping in the extremely comfortable beds. Would definitely choose to stay here again

We left the resort on Thursday. I must Say my family and I had a fabulous time. The staff was outstanding almost surreal how professional and attentive they were. The location on the beach was perfect and everyone was having a good time. That's what I like the best all of us from different places in different groups got along great and just enjoy being there. Dukes and the Hula Grill have great food in the location just on Waikiki Beach was perfect. A lot of shopping a lot of sightseeing a lot of everything. I am definitely staying there again when I go back next year. Thank you outrigger for making my vacation perfect. I couldn't have asked for more !!

Great place with needed services. Restaurants, beach, valet, activities, ABC store downstairs. Great view on balcony from partial ocean view. We had a great time. Need: An actual concierge. Both activities and front desk admitted defeat at my questions. "Where can I buy Teva sandals?" Neither seemed interested in giving realistic restaurant advice. We got through but the visit didn't feel luxurious. Also need freezer in the room fridge. Elevators were good. We had an awesome trip, and it is because of location and services of the hotel!
