The room was beautiful and well equipped with many things. No regrets for choosing oxo for our 4 day trip in bali! If you’re looking for a luxurious, modern / hotel-vibe kind of villa, this is it. It’s also very peaceful as it’s not located directly in front of the main road. It’s conveniently located in canggu, an area with lots of stores, spas, cafes and restaurants to visit. The service is definitely 11/10! Throughout my stay, their customer service is always very responsive and accomodating to all my requests. All the workers there were also extremely nice and friendly towards us. Will definitely recommend my friends and family here when they visit bali!
We loved our stay at OXO! Very comfortable rooms and a lot of attention to detail. We did not use the pool, it was small. Staff provides very good service right in the villa, and on-demand via WhatsApp. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone seeking quiet and comfortable accomodation in Canggu area.
The Airbnb itself was amazing — the view, the layout, and all the features. It’s a two-story villa with three rooms: one downstairs and two upstairs. There's a huge mirror facing the couch that made the space feel extra clean and open. However, during the week I was there — and while my friend stayed for two weeks — we were unfortunately robbed three times, with almost $600 USD stolen in total. The worst part? We didn’t even notice until the second-to-last day because everything in Bali is so affordable. We’d been getting by on less than $100 in cash and used credit cards for most expenses, so the missing money didn’t immediately raise flags. The villa had daily housekeeping with 2 to 4 people coming in to clean, which seemed like a lot — but I was initially impressed by the level of service. Still, I kept my money in my bag, and the first time it went missing, I thought maybe I’d misplaced it. But the next day, I counted again — and another $100 bill was gone. If you’re thinking of staying here, go for it — it really is a beautiful place. Just don’t bring cash, or make sure to lock up your valuables.
