OYO 607 Jeddah Palace Hotel

I spend 5 days and 4 nights from 10 December 2021 to 14 December 2021 as my quarantine period.. At stayed at 2nd floor and my room was quite well I will rate the following as I lived there. Cleaning 9/10 Ac 9/10 Food 7/10 Reception staff 9/10 Hotel crew 8/10 Charges 7/10.

I went there to complete Muqeem application since the hotel name was not available in Muqeem app. The staff at reception was very unwelcoming and non responsive. They were not ready to listen to the problem and started shouting at us. It was very unexpected to see very ill behaved people sitting around the reception. The management should take notice and teach some etiquettes and ethics to its employees. Highly disappointing. Readers looking for kind receptions are recommended to avoid the facility as much as possible.

Management is very bad. Room service is not answering the telephone. Food is not enough for one person.three time meal full board all ready charged. If going on reception for some information they are not giving information showing attitude. My brother check in 28-12-2019 Morning 5am. 5 nights full package booked for corentine. You can see the photos the food they giving to the guest. Half litter water botel they are giving with food that water is not enough for 24 hours. If asking for extra bread or water they are misbehaving giving nothing. Atleast they can talk nicely or they can give information with nice manners. I am also a ambassador of a five star hotel in alkhobar city Saudi Arabia. Hospitality role that guest is always right. But their role they are right what they are doing. My brother came from lahore to jeddah via Saudi airline. AC not working hundred year old model like exhaust fan. zero star hotel management.
