Oyo 7575 Its South East Residency

I don't even want to give 1 star for this property... very worst maintenance and got extra money also. My mistake is paid full amount before checking the room. For the stay the main thing would be the washroom but in this property it is trash. There is no power backup.

I have booked via oyo and had pre paid the amount for one day. When I reached the hotel, they refused check-in stating that there were no available rooms. So I had to wait for around one hour requesting any alternative as I had paid the amount. I also tried contacting oyo customer support and got no positive response till now.. I will update my review incase I receive any refund. They offered me another hotel around 10 km far from the desired location which was not possible for me..also the executive behaviour was not good. He was simply arguing stating that I have paid oyo and that he is not responsible for the money. He also mentioned that this is how business there works. I had a bad experience reaching here from kerala in this hot climate..my biggest mistake is that I paid in advance

Poor, service by OYO I booked room two days near VIT Chennai campus ahead of my arrival my room status was confirmed by OYO. After reaching out at the OYO hotel by mid night they refused, there were no vacant right now asked me to contact customer service for the change of place, even in customer care no proper service give they suggested me a room which is 8kms away from the current OYO hotel ans 12 kms from my workstation. It happens to be worst experience for me. Stayed alight in the coffee shop near by. I could have writen this by the day it's self, due to power backup issue I wasn't report on that day. Later I lost my hope I will be responded. Today 17.12.23 after an yr I got this response so am writing it all now
