Absolutely horrible people. Will harass you for rent and not return your security deposit even after leaving. The location is even worse always muddy and filled with water. I had an extemely rude roommate as well who used to harass me into paying the electricity bill everytime. The rooms were still decent.
The PG owner and supervisor doesn't return back securty of the PG until and unless called and asked for it many times. They stop picking up the calls after you leave the room. They take money in cash to avoid any records of it so that they can avoid giving your money to you. For rent, they will call you every day, but for your work, they won't pickup your call.
PG is fine. But the owner may not give you your security amount easily. It's gonna be a headache. They are going to find one loophole or another to just give an excuse to not return the security amount.
