Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Manager behaviour is very rude. They do not accept online booking and forced people to cancel online booking and book offline. Also they didn't even provide Bills. Service is very poor. Rooms were dirty. Water not coming, tap having leakage. They provide blanket after multiple calls to reception. Frankly speaking this is the worst experience. I would suggest Oyo team to take some responsibilities and action over such management.

The worst experience one can ever face in life. The reception guy was after our lives. He even called police every now and then to clear the matters. At night around 11pm there were number of people coming to the room, knocking, threatening and what not. I couldnot sleep the entire night, i went into trauma. Please never visit the hotel, they are the worst people with the devastating approach towards you. After check in, they themselves will make changes in the app and suddenly at night they will ask you to leave, if not then will charge a lumpsome amount. Never go to the hotel, or you will be in trauma like me. Cant get over from those incidents.

Don't bother at all. Booked this hotel via Hopper from London UK for my elderly parents for 4 nights from 30/01/23 to 3/02/23. They travelled from Bangladesh to Kolkata India for my father’s eye surgery. I had paid for the reservation, etc but when my parents arrived at the hotel around 10:00 pm (as their flight landed at the Kolkata airport around 8:30 pm), the hotel refused them to check in! They said the check-in time was midday! My father, a 73-year-old man being partially sighted and my mother 68 year old lady, were left in shock as they were shown the exit door at 10 at night in a foreign country. I on the other hand, in the UK being their son couldn't do anything about it! I spoke with the gentleman(!) at the reception named Mr Shuvasis Paul (not sure of the spelling of his name) who claimed to be the manager of this hotel and he very rudely refused my request to let my parents stay for the night only. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They are useless, cold-hearted people and shouldn't be in business.
