The hall was spotless, beautifully arranged, and all of our setup requests were met promptly and professionally. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place exactly as we had envisioned. The food was outstanding, receiving high praise from all our guests. I visited this place last week and it was the worst experience ever. The food was just okay, but the way they served it was terrible. The place was dirty, and both the staff and one of the owners were extremely rude. I went with my kids and couldn’t even feed them properly. They kept rushing us to finish, even though many guests were already leaving. One staff member even asked me to leave my plate on the table while I was still eating. We left the place hungry and upset. Several guests walked out without eating because of how the staff treated them. They seemed more interested in gossiping than serving. I’ve never felt so humiliated. Don’t ruin your special day here. Save your time and money.
