Good in hygiene , Ac ,heater and tv working properly ,but no resturent in hotel ,it's only for staying .for food order online or go outside.
The Hotel Rooms Are Clean, Kinda Fresh, Bedsheets Are New, They Keep New Towels, Reception Is Responsive, But Management Is A Problem, They Don't Have Man Power Or Quality Staff To Handle Guest. The Staff Takes A Lot Of Time To Reach Your Room. The Location Is Okayish. You Could Have A Lot Problem With The Breakfast As Amount Is Very Less.
Food is pathetic.The kitchen is always understocked.I was given coffee but no sugar and I was told someone has just gone to get some sugar from the market.I had asked for non veg breakfast (bread omelette).The bread was not toasted as they didn't have a toaster; no butter as they had run out of butter.I realized I was the only one complaining as there were quite a few guests especially those with families who were agonized and sought an explanation from the front desk people.
