OYO Hotel Punta Guadalupe San Cristóbal de las Casas

This place is amazing! Big clean rooms with 2 comfortable beds for approximately $25/night U.S. Good wifi, TV, hot water, etc. The staff couldn't be friendlier :) I highly recommend this place!

This is a very good place for the price and the people here were so kind and helpful. Great location in quite part of town close to the center with many good options for food near by. Good wifi, tv, and hot shower. Also there is a roof top terrace with great views of of the surrounding area.

Honestly this quesque "hotel" does not even deserve 1 star rating. It is a TOTAL SCAM and I hope before purchasing a package reservation you read these comments because those from that hotel really are scammers. To start, the photos in these Google posts are FAKE. The rooms are no joke like this. We made the reservation with the hotel with flight more than 6 months in advance, unfortunately we did not take the task of looking for reviews of this place and when we arrived oh disappointment and anger to have paid for something that really seems like a mockery. The room was extremely dirty, old and dirty blankets, the bathroom smelled horrible, rusty shower, TV not working, curtains and sheets full of dirt and blood stains. According to the reservation, there was breakfast included and it was a joke...just dirty coffee for days with cookies from the store. The facilities smelled like cat pee all the time... it's really helpless that one with a lot of effort pays for reservations to have a good time on their vacation and when you arrive you see that everything is a scam, it makes you angry. The staff seems to be already used to this, they mock when they see you arrive and it seems that they only wait for you as a guest to leave by your own hand without caring about giving them money for paid nights. We had to go to another hotel, it was seriously unsustainable to stay there. Please don't go to that place, I hope something can be done legally because it really is a scam. The only good thing about the place is the location but that's not even why it's worth staying there.
