We had an amazing stay at the resort! Everything is brand new, and all the facilities are awesome. A special mention goes to the staff, who went above and beyond to make our time incredibly comfortable! I would definitely come back 😋
i really enjoyed the place Food 10/10 pools are good , beach is relaxing and very nice overall 10/10 one of the best places ever been , the animations and the weekly parties are Very good
I reserved with Booking on 28 October an apartment for my family of four (all inclusive) for 6 nights right after Easter 2025. They cancelled today my reservation due to OVERBOOKING which means they gave my room to someone else FOR MORE MONEY! VERY UNRELIABLE MANAGEMENT: AVOID! They put offers and deals months before to guarantee occupancy and get reservations, then they cancel your reservation at short notice if they have other people/agencies paying more! Below their sorry excuse message they sent me today: "Hi XXXX, We hope your day is going well. Your loyalty is highly valued, and our top priority is to provide you with timely updates regarding your reservation. Oyster Bay Beach Suites can no longer accommodate you due to overbooking. I understand that you have planned this trip ahead of time and I sincerely apologize for expecting sudden changes. "
