Some of the employees are rude. There is no interest in the customer in terms of carrying the luggage. They give you the key and you have to search for the room by yourself while carrying your luggage.
The hotel staff appears to be quite unresponsive to customer requests. For example, when I asked for a razor blade, they said it wasn't available. I also requested a clothes iron, but they don't provide that either. This level of service is far below what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.
The waiter pulled my soup bowl away while my spoon was in my mouth. 😭 The place looks like it hasn't been updated in 60 years. The food was absolute garbage and the service was a joke. This hotel is at the end of its life. I cannot believe our travel agent booked it. The rooms are so ugly, the bathroom are the worst
