Oásis Atlântico Imperial & Fortaleza

We spent one week here for a conference. Rooms are nice but they could be cleaner. Conference rooms were ok and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not that good, both in quality and variety. All in all, we got a nice experience.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my girlfriend. The room is nice and large. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of things. The employees are friendly. We didn't like the slow Internet (wifi). The pool area is nice, but the pool is too dirty. The location of the hotel is very good.

Good breakfast service, but that’s about it. The wifi was terrible, most often than not it just didn’t work at all, and when it did it was very slow. The air conditioning in the room was good, but everywhere else was really hot – the lobby had it turned off at all times. I might seem silly, but something that really bothered me was how slow the elevators are, it was faster take the stairs up to the fourth floor than to wait for it. The room’s TV was really low quality. But I should note, the employees were very helpful and polite.
