I just finished an extended stay at this location. The staff was friendly and eager to help with anything I needed. I don't think I ever had a bad meal here. They post the lunch and dinner menu for a week so you can decide in advance if you want to ear or not. The hotel grounds are well kept. They have multiple places to sir and enjoy the outdoors, a fire pit, a pool, a volleyball court and a soccer field. The rooms are nice. The location is a quiet area but close to a city and a beautiful lake.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel, not only did they treat me like family but, they were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to visit that we needed as well. Great location, easy to get in and out of the Powidz lake area. The hotel is very well maintained with wonderful landscaping. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.

I would like to share a very unpleasant and hazardous situation related to this booking that required us to abruptly cancel the trip. Today (May 31st) when returning to our room (number 8) we noticed a very unpleasant smoke throughout our room - the smoke originated from a nearby BBQ chimney that is shared by the facility to other guests. We notified the owner that it is both unpleasant and unsafe to stay in these conditions and especially that our child is chronically diagnosed with asthma and requires inhalation steroid treatment. The owner tried to provide us with an alternate room for which we did not agree - it was smaller, had less beds and there was no balcony. After we did not agree and asked for a refund the owner tried to blame us for keeping the windows open (we were out of the facility) and wanted to bring large fans into the room - first of all they would be loud, second they would not keep the problem solved as the smoke was still actively coming out of the BBQ. Finally they agreed to pay back but maintained a very unpleasant attitude towards us (did not even bother to apologize), that should never take place in such kind of facility that’s advertised as so called upscale.
