I can not recommend this hotel enough! Going abroad is always a bit unnerving, as you only see images online and won’t know what the hotel is like until you get there, but know if you stay here you will have a great trip! The hotel was clean, the room had air conditioning, the decor made you feel like you were transported to a new world and the staff was beyond kind. Great location, as it is central to many tourist attractions. We also recommend checking out the panoramic rooftop views. We will definitely be returning in the future!

My stay at the hotel was lovely. The hotel had beautiful decor in the lobby and a great view from the terrace. I stayed in a single room, it had a comfortable bed and the necessary amenities - phone, fridge, hairdryer and safe box. When I needed an iron, I requested at the reception and got one to use. The service was good, staff were warm and helpful. Breakfast was fine, pretty much the same offerings the 2 times I had breakfast. The location was excellent and had the tourist locations within walking distance (10-20mins).

This is not the typical American hotel chain. Yes the furniture is older and the comforter was a bit worn but our rooms were both clean. The bathrooms again were dated but everything worked. The breakfast was much better than we expected with meat, cheese, eggs, breads, juice, coffee. The location is fantastic! We walked to everything. And the roof terrace is fun. Edwardo (front desk) was friendly and helpful and we got to check in pretty early in the day (about) 1pm and he held our bags for us while we went to get lunch after flying in. The reviews made me nervous but I'm glad we stayed here.
