We've been there about a year ago and i just remembered to leave a review! The scenery is incredible, its is quite secluded and each cabin is tilted to offer maximized privacy. The owners were very accommodating to all our peculiar coffee requests :) Breakfast is delicious. Everything is designed with sustainability in mind. The region is beautiful, lots of close by hiking tracks for those who look for it. We definitely recommend staying there.

Breakfast was superb. Host were very welcoming and very friendly. They could communicate in English and would talk about the nearby areas for recommendations. The dinner was again out of the world. Everyone in the reviews have mentioned the breakfast which is totally true. The dinner is not mentioned enough, so I would mention that it was like a 5-star meal. The chicken burritos were the best and I have not tasted better burritos ever. There were local dishes, cheese, salsa. Best place I stayed in my whole trip to Spain. Don't forget to have a bit of star gazing in the night. With no light pollution around, you could be only mesmerised by the night sky and still want more. Everything was superb. The only thing I could have done is stayed for more days. As soon as I reached there, I was wishing to cancel my rest of trip and just stay at this property. Very nice.

A total gem in the countryside around Cuenca! We were welcomed like family as soon as we arrived and Victoria, Ricardo and David did everything to make our stay super-nice. The newly built cabins are well appointed and have a fantastic view of the wonderful hills opposite. If you want to get some peace this is the place to go to. Oh yes, and they also have two goats which love to be be petted!
