Pacific 63 Next to PJ Jaya One 4 pax

I was honestly skeptical about booking this hotel after reading some negative reviews from last year — but I’m glad I gave it a chance! My stay turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spotless with good water pressure and toiletries provided. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay( Especially Mr. Zul the person incharge) .Check-in & out was smooth, and housekeeping was prompt. One of the best things was the location — there were so many eateries & AEON right in front of the hotel( just cross the road) , which made it super convenient, especially for late-night snacks or quick meals. It seems like the management has really improved things since the earlier reviews. we didn’t face any of the issues that were mentioned before. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider coming back. Don’t let the old reviews scare you off — things have clearly changed for the better!

Terrible customer service. Booked a room early, only to have it cancelled at short notice. And they just offered a refund? The cancellation was entirely on their side, and they couldnt even offer us an alternative room since they were "fully booked". Because of that, we had to scramble to find another place last minute, which of course, cost more. Reached out to Shamrock for a small compensation for their carelessness but never received a response. Not recommended. Totally killed the excitement for our trip.

This is my second time booking here. The room is clean and comfortable. I would suggest adding shampoo in addition to the body wash provided. The WiFi is not working. That said, I strongly recommend future guests take detailed photos and videos of the unit at check-in. We were informed of a RM50 charge for a tiny burn hole in the bedsheet—which we clearly know was not caused by us, as none of our family members smoke. Unfortunately, we had no evidence to dispute the claim, so we had to accept the charge. While I appreciated the stay overall, this experience was disappointing. No matter how much you trust a place based on past experience, it's always best to protect yourself with documentation.
