Pacific Place

Stayed here for 2 nights over the weekends during G Dragon’s concert. Room was spacious and well equipped. Meals provided were delicious as well. Hotel staffs were very attentive and hospitable especially Ibnu who made our stay enjoyable. They even prepared herbal candy and relaxing spray for us after the concert. Really appreciate the small things they did. Would definitely return and recommend.

Titanium Elite. Super range price/quality at the hotel. Got upgrade for Pacific suite and love the room! Lovely staff that for every request have just one answer: “Yes, we can!” My purpose in Jkt was shopping in Louis Vuitton. Some heavy items. So my choice was Ritz which is the same building with the mall. LV store sent items to the hotel directly. Next day I went to Indonesia Plaza for other shopping without problem with transportation of heavy LV 😀 The room was just in steps from the concierge and lounge with delicious food 24/7. I have special diet and was not good with some of the food there. SO… chef Sharfina notified this and came to me to talk what food is ok for me. Next day I got my ideal breakfast & lunch 😍 Waterpool & the sauna were also super nice! Working from 7am and I could to swim for 30min before breakfast. During sunbath & waterpool they offer you cold towel roll, spritz water(nice!) and infused water. Towels are clean and tick. Love toilet with warm seating and auto flush in master bathroom. Silver bird taxi by the hotel lobby is ready to take you just now to any part of Jakarta with very adequate price. No needed to arrange in advance. So love hotel that bought signature Ritz wardrobe to keep my emotions longer about the stay. The only misunderstanding the airport transfer booked in advance but I was guilty in this for sure: did not check hotel pricing before. Too relaxed during my stay here 🙈 Hotel may have to do “transfer menu” with airports/prices/car type. So guests will know what they are ordering. Highly recommended to stay.

Spent the weekend in the residences. Excellent service the entire time, beginning with a complimentary upgrade of our room. Breakfast was fantastic. It included the buffet plus an item from the ala carte menu. Spa service was professional and skilled. Gym was well appointed. Selected this location due to full kitchen in the residences since we have a little one. FYI There is no ‘kiddie’ pool.
