Pro : Great value for money. Got a complimentary upgrade on special occasion and let us check in early. Room was great and very spacious. Location is good. Cons : felt a little understaffed when there are crowds and some facilities are old. But it was worth the money

Room is big and location is okay. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING IT, It’s really the worst 5 star hotel ever. The bed and pillow are very dirty, it has stains and there were hairs everywhere on the pillows and bed are, so we even wondered if they have changed a new one. It is very dirty and disgusting. The carpet is also not clean and the phone to call to any helpline is also not working at all, no one is picking up and the line is always busy. The bathroom shower gel is not filled up and was empty. The housekeeping really did a very very bad job. The parking lot is rm10 per day. It was really dark and dirty, not well-maintained. The restaurant has limited choices, there were even kids running around and opening the windows, with no staff supervising, it was very dangerous and anything could have happened. There are even better 3 or 4 star hotels out there with better quality and cleanliness here.

Very bad experience with my stay. The rooms are big but very poor maintained. Smells mouldy, water leaking from ceiling, the noises from the air conditioning and fridge is too loud. Bed linens…my goodness God knows when the last they cleaned it. Booked a non smoking room but there are cigarette ashes in the toilet bin ( this shows how well it has been cleaned). Tbh the management need to assess how the housekeeping are performing their duties. When complained to cancel or change room the staff are really not helpful. Never stay here if you’re travelling with your kids with you.
