The room we had was larger than I thought it would be. It had a coffee maker and microwave along with a mini refrigerator. The location was great especially if you are needing to be close to the convention center. There are several places to eat around. There is also a breakfast buffet available. The staff at the buffet was great. The food had limited choice but was fine for us. Overall it was a good property to stay. I would come back if I was in the area again
Very disappointed with this place, we moved to three different rooms, we booked a king size bed and they gave us a two bed the first time, they moved us to a king size bed like we had requested and the AC wasn’t working correctly, so again we moved to another room and by this time it was pretty late and well that AC wasn’t working correctly as well, ac would turn off for 30 minutes turn on for 5 then turn back off! My parents stayed in the same hotel and their AC worked perfectly fine! Told the lady at the front desk what had happened and she just told me we had to move the thermostat and we told her we did that all night just to sleep! Won’t be staying here again! Stay away from room 248 and 140
I was overcharged, the staff and manager didn't communicate properly and no one knows what was going on. It was an extremely bad experience with our second stay. I’m missing $$$ problem was not resolved and the manager was not helpful. We called but never received a phone call back, we had to drive back to the hotel for the problem to not be resolved because the manager did not know what they were doing now we’re waiting and hoping our money that was stolen will be refunded. I paid more for the issues and problems than the one night stayed at the hotel Dear Adrianna McGill, Allow me to clarify the situation. After contacting your office regarding this issue, I did not receive any follow-up communication from you or your staff. As a result, I was left with no alternative but to return to your office in hopes of reaching an immediate resolution—unfortunately, one was not provided. At the time of my visit, you were unable to produce a receipt documenting the charges, yet you proceeded to bill me twice without my consent or knowledge. My understanding was that I was only being charged for the late checkout; however, I later discovered I had been incorrectly charged. To outline the charges: • One night stay: $135 • Breakfast: $45 • Late checkout: $20 • Deposit: $50 (refundable, as agreed) Instead, I was charged a total of $295—far exceeding the actual cost of my stay. Let me pose a few simple questions: • Would you have permitted my departure had I not paid for breakfast? • Would you have allowed me to leave without paying for late checkout? • Would you have allowed me to stay without placing a deposit? Of course not—because that would be considered theft. Yet, this is precisely what has occurred: funds were withdrawn from me improperly, and my time was unnecessarily consumed despite my having complied fully with your procedures and obligations. You permitted me to leave without any formal resolution, instead offering only the possibility of a resolution at some later point—without even providing a receipt. If this is what your organization considers “being taken care of,” it reflects directly on the leadership overseeing your staff. Money isn’t the issue. Time, resolution, communication, and lack of responsibility on your part. No apology, your demeanor presented as tho I was the problem and too much for you to resolve immediately. So would I say, “Thank you for processing the return of the funds that were improperly taken; I look forward to receiving the refund within 3-4 business days”
