Great room in a good location. Pool was a bit far to walk to but can easily drive around. The beach club is highly recommended. Nice pools and view of the beach. Most of the beach was dirty but it was much nicer here. Service was good and even though they charge you to use the club, you can use the money towards food.

I would honestly give zero stars for service. This place is beautiful but for the amount a family pays to rent out an apartment for a week is absurd how terrible the guest services are. I was told by a guard that I could not walk around past nine at night with my fiancee!? I asked if the area I was in was closed and the guard told me the entire area was closed and that I needed to go back to my room?!? Are you serious Pacifico? Train your staff 1000 times better then maybe this place could be worth it. They complain about any noise made even if it's kids at a pool. What's the point of renting a room for a week next to the beach if all you are allowed to do is be silent in your room. Retrain your staff and honestly maybe buy some working coffee makers. The price here is not worth all the untrained staff and non-working amenities. The location is decent and the condos do look nice. Hot showers don't really work... pressure is bad... laundry machines don't really work...none of the coffee machines worked...they charge you an arm and a leg if you break a glass. I would not recommend it to anyone.
