Rooms are perfectly fine. The service is good and the location is even more superb! This is like a small gem (value for money) hotel near touristic locations of Beijing Road
Booked a room for 2 nights & the rates are damn high for a hotel that rated themselves 4 stars which I think they are more qualify for a 2 or 3 star hotel. The rooms are smelly that has a moist smell & small . The towels looks old n worn .. paid $160 per nite for a 3 star service stay . Luckily I stayed for only 2 nites. The location is good , counter staff is helpful other than that all sucks . Not recommended.
Very very disappointed with the service of Paco hotel. From the very beginning when we were there to check in , they asked us why we were in China. Next day they sent someone for investigation to our room without even calling from the reception. And at last when we checked out, the lift was out of service and they were unable to help us to bring down our luggage downstairs.
