If it isn’t significantly cheaper, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The only real advantage is its proximity to the train station. Beyond that, it falls short: the rooms are very small, the facilities are below standard, and they require a deposit, unlike most hotels. There is no reception desk, so you may have to wait for assistance, and the soundproofing is poor—you can clearly hear noise from the corridor late at night. One major drawback is the ventilation fan, which sounds like a tractor in the bathroom. I’ve given this place three tries, drawn by the price, but have been disappointed each time.

Well to start, the check in is until 20:00, nobody in the reception they come and gone. I was in King Cross, room number 1, the most noisy room, is just in front of the door. You cannot watch normal TV, all that had is smart TV and you have to have your subscription if not you cannot watch anything.. The basket with coffee and milk...etc that they offer you,it was empty, I called them, and asking kindly if they can replenish, they put 3 milk more🤦🏼‍♀️, no sugar not any🤷🏼‍♀️. They give you a paper with 2 codes that you need, to enter in the main door and another very complicated to To enter the hallway where the rooms are, if you lost the paper you are f_ck🤗 and don't forget the £50 of deposit, that one time they didn't return me for some silly reasons, so the only good is one of the cheapest accommodation in Plymouth and very close to train station. All is quite new but Otherwise, the attention and services leave much to be desired.
