Always Amazing ! Lovely rooms, spa and hotel. Breakfast is exceptional. And secure parking. We will be back .
Bad experience ! The rooms are ok but don’t go there for the spa ! The pool is ridiculously small, you can barely swim. They advertise to be a spa, but you are allowed only 1 hour per day. We called to book 2 massages, the receptionist took my information details (mobile number) as she had to confirm with the “massagist”, we waited all day to get the booking time but she never called back ! We chose this hotel especially to enjoy the Spa but at the end we couldn’t enjoy neither the swimming pool, nor the massage . On top of it, we couldn’t use the hammam as it was “of course” under repair (since when ??). The neighbourhood is horrible (industrial zone) , so you can’t even enjoy some walks around.
The hotel doesn’t accept cash deposits, so I had to freeze €200 on my card for two days — maybe longer, I’m not sure. The room view is just a concrete wall. The shower is extremely small, and the door opens inward, which makes it inconvenient to close. The lighting in the room is all or nothing — you can’t leave just a single dim light on. UPD. 2 weeks I haven’t received my deposit yet
