Padma Hotel Semarang

We truly enjoyed our stay for 3 nights in Padma Semarang. The lobby is spacious with an elegant design. The staff were very polite at conscierge and front office. Since we stayed at the weekend, there were lots of guests checking in, still the check in process is smooth and fast. We stayed at room 101 and 104, the bed is very large in size. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is quite good, and the waitress were very helpful and polite, note Mr. Dafid, Mr.Rizal and Ms.Elen who took care of our family during breakfast. The housekeeping team also react very fast to our needs, thanks to Miftah and Nugroho for their service. The pool and waterpark are also excellent. Finally, Padma Hotel Semarang will be our place of choice if we happen to stay at Semarang again

Our family decided to have a staycation here with the kids and so far is the best hotel I have been into. We were assistes by Mbak Sela in arranging the room booking for all of our family and she did a splendid job in making a big smile on our faces on this holday of ours. Once we are approaching the premises, we are overwhelmed with the majestic architecture and greeted by super friendly staff especially Mbak Zhafira, Mbak Ega, Mas Ipung, Mas Noval, Mas Ulum and other staff who were so nice and helpful, not only to us, but to all guests as well. The room is as we expected to be. All the feature of five stars hotel is there. Breakfast is one of the reason why I like staying in a proper hotel and Padma Hotel Semarang serves various of cuisines for us to enjoy in the morning. It has many traditional menu with exceptional taste. But, the main attraction of this hotel is its magnificent heated swimming pool and the waterpark which we discover after two days staying in this hotel. Altought the hotel rate is rather high, but it's worth every penny and we'll definitely be back again.

Our stay in the family room was very comfortable for two adults and two children. The children's area with the bunk bed was a definite highlight, boasting engaging decor that the kids loved. Although the price was quite steep, we felt it was entirely commensurate with the high level of comfort, security, and service we received. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, and we appreciated the multitude of activities available for children. Breakfast was decent, though we've had better options in Semarang.
