Ive stay here for only one night although i have an some issue regarding the billings instruction of my payment. Staff from front desk Ajay is very helpful and having lots of charming face. Rooms are cozy and clean, foods are amazing, nice facilities polite staff in allover the hotel.I would like to recommend to everyone to stay here for an experience. Over all i am happy will come back soon.
We recently stayed at Padmini Bagh experience was very good. We arrived in early We are thankful for the early check in allowed to us. We found the resort is a beautiful. We enjoyed the service polite and courteous staff. The breakfast we enjoyed the stay was a memorable experience. Specialy thanks to Mr Ajay was very helpful person. We appreciate their service.
I recently stayed at this property for 2 nights and, unfortunately, it fell far below my expectations. First and foremost, the biggest drawback is the location. It is extremely far from Udaipur city, making it very inconvenient if your main reason to visit Udaipur is to explore its historical sites, lakes, and the charming old city. The long commute took away a lot of our time and energy each day. Secondly, the property does not reflect the standards of a 4-star hotel, despite being marketed as one. The rooms were average, poorly ventilated, and had no balconies. The washroom setup felt very basic, and to our surprise, there were bugs in the room, which made our stay uncomfortable. The TV and AC in our room were not functioning properly, and no staff showed up for housekeeping, even after being there for two full days. Basic hospitality services like cleanliness, comfort, and prompt attention to guest needs were clearly missing. There’s a lot of improvement needed in both maintenance and guest service. Overall, I would not recommend this property, especially if your goal is to enjoy the heart of Udaipur city. You’d be better off booking a hotel that’s located within city limits and offers better value for money, along with a higher standard of service.
