Good place, 2 minutes to Grand Bazaar. Rooms are basic but clean .Price is very reasonable

Its a very old and antique hotel in heart of the old city and reachable for who wants move fast for shopping also very close to tram station (grand pazar station ) . I had more than seven years as customer and I feel its my second home . One bus from airport bring me to the hotel directly and very close to grand pazar. Clean safety but the breakfast very poor I recommend to buy your food its better. Prefer buy from migros or bim or 101 its cheaper than other groceries .

Worst hotel experience in my life! Hotel staff do not speak English. No internet. Stale bread at breakfast. Toilet bowl shaky. Cramped and dimly lit. Dubious neighbourhood. Skin itches while on the bed. No soundproofing so the mosque prayer calls wake you up at 3am. Took 1 hour to check out because the reception guy asked for payment even though we already prepaid with credit card. Showed him the proof but he speaks no English and doesn't know how to use the credit card machine. Other hotel guests were interpreting and teaching him how to use the machine. We gave up and paid cash and he didn't even know how to issue receipts. Absolute disgrace to Istanbul!
